Chassis

It is the first car designed for the LMP2 category for the purpose of passing all crash tests and structural analyses imposed by the FIA + Carbon Fiber Monocoque with Survival Unit + Minimum weight: 750 kg

Body

  • Redesigned to meet the requirements of the “ACO” aerodynamics regulation in force since 2004
  • Pre-preg carbon fiber with honeycomb core to give stiffness to upper panels
  • Floor and rear spoiler made of ultralight carbon composite

Suspensions

  • Front and rear made of aeronautical steel with TIG welding
  • Double steel fork (front and rear) with flexible front mount
  • Shock absorbers adjustable in 3 points

Direction

  • Sprocket and rack with optional servo-assisted

Braces

  • Ventilated carbon discs diameter 355 mm with carbon pads

Rims and tyres

  • Rims: Ø 18” x 11” front and Ø 18” x 13” rear
  • Tyres: 285/650R18 front and 325/650R18 rear

Engine Installation

  • Chassis accepts any engine manufactured for LMP2 regulations
  • Engine cooling by water radiators plus intercoolers in turbo engines
  • Oil cooling system with radiators
  • Lola engine: a kit is offered with frame for mounting, starter, air intake system, exhaust system, air restrictor and filter

Fuel tank

  • Maximum capacity: 90 litres
  • Capacity can be varied according to offset adjustment

Transmission

  • 6-speed sequential manual gearbox with magnesium housing
  • Optional Semi-Automatic Box
  • Redesigned transmission based on the already proven scheme of Lola cars of the category “Champ Car” and LMP675 technology

Electrical system

  • The entire electrical system is installed inside the monocoque for added protection, ease of access and reliability
  • Telemetry systems
  • 12-volts battery long life to meet engine ignition needs
  • Emergency power switch filling in ACO regulations
