Ford GT 2005
With the same design of the first GT 40 that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1967, Ford hopes to make an impact on the American market and compete with the Chrysler and General Motors sportsmen.

In recent years Ford did not have a product to seriously compete in the segment of high-performance cars. Local rivals, General Motors with the Chevrolet Corvette and Chrysler with the Viper distributed the cake only to each other.

With a price of $125,000, much more expensive than the previously mentioned models, Ford will try to locate the new GT as the third super car in the United States.

It should be borne in mind that sports sports like Mustang, Camaro, Firebird, and GTO are inexpensive sports that range from $20 to $30 thousand and that for benefits do not belong to the category of super cars.
