The 1967 Corvette was the last with the design scheme presented in 1963. Actually, Chevrolet wanted to replace it with the new design, but due to delays in assembling the production lines, the Corvette waited until 1968 to wear new bodywork. The subsequent design would be heavily influenced by the show car Mako Shark Stingray. Chevrolet designers innovated at the last minute some small details, as they had to show some modification to their customers. The most surprising thing is that this last-minute re-stylized Corvette is considered one of the most beautiful Corvettes in history.

The surfaces were cleared of formal discontinuities, the lateral vents were reduced in size and were refined with very good criteria. New rims were designed, more elegant than the previous ones. A very refined air intake (for large block engines) was added to the hood, decorated with a colored arrow reaching the top of the hood.

The 1967 Corvette featured 7 different motorization options, starting from a small 5,300 cm3, 300 HP V8 block to the powerful L-88 427, a 7,000 cm3 V8 435 horsepower. The latter is the most sought after by collectors.

Inside he looked well-worked leather, handbrake located in the center console and sports instruments. Today, it is considered one of the most important models in the history of the Corvette.
