The Peugeot 407 is a clear indication of the change of direction, as far as exterior design is concerned, sought by the French manufacturer Peugeot.
It is the search for a more daring design, a bit more avant-garde but maintaining a certain European classic lineage, typical of this of the brand.
While I think the car has a very good balance of proportions between its volumes, I also believe that the headlights and the front grille, in the form of a gigantic smile, are the most ridiculous design elements I have seen in a Peugeotcar.
The habitability is acceptable. Interior comfort is moderately acceptable, as it is a very large car on the outside, but not so much on the inside. This is a repeated pattern on Peugeot vehicles, as the 206 and 307 models are extremely uncomfortable, especially in the rear seats.
