Renault disseminated images and information anticipating the arrival of Logan MERCOSUR in the South American market. This car is very similar in characteristics to the Logan marketed in the rest of the world. While there are no definitive technical data, there are already speculations about their equipment.
The Renault Logan will be in the Argentine and Brazilian markets at the beginning of May. With minor modifications compared to the Logan present in other countries, this model will aim to position itself in the Argentine market competing with the Renault Clio four-door, Chevrolet Corsa II, Fiat Siena, Ford Fiesta Max and Volkswagen Polo.
Renault Argentina announced this new product that will import from Brazil. There, at the Ayrton Senna complex in San José dos Pinhais, the diamond brand plant will manufacture this vehicle specially designed for emerging markets such as South America.
Some of the characteristics that make clear the differences between this car and a car aimed at markets such as the European one are the configuration of suspensions and rolling for roads in poor state of conservation and materials most suffered in the interior.
Today, the Logan is a car marketed in more than fifty countries both by Renault and its subsidiary Dacia. Although the information about the Logan is insufficient, from the photos we can see the differences in design with the Logan from other countries. Highlights include the new fog lights and a new front bumper with a lower air intake.
The strong point of the Renault Logan is its interior habitability. Despite being a small four-door tricuerpo car, inside there is enough space to accommodate five passengers. In turn, this is complemented by a generous trunk with a capacity of 510 dm3.
The interior also attracts by its improved level of completion. It has a new central console with distribution of air conditioning commands. Another detail is the addition of the same steering wheel that equips the Clio.
Little more is known specifically. Some more data correspond to the equipment, which will have an electric pack, air conditioning, CD player and airbag in front.
